Today morning dedicated to cleaning the place, we arrived early, to avoid the large rear windows being hit by the sun, which would have made it difficult to remove the dirt and marks present on a large part of the glass surfaces, we completed that work just as the fireball turned that way, once it might have been cloudy it was no surprise that today has been, at least so far, a clear and radiant day…

Once our morning labors were over, upon returning home I took a stroll in the garden, with a bit of caution because the earth was quite damp, and would have stuck to the bottom of my shoes, so I took some shots, from which I selected what you see as the entrance image, a beautiful Roman cabbage, I asked for information, before writing an inaccuracy, the answer I got is what you see above, a Roman cabbage, prepared in the right way is rather pleasant, and in any case it has great anti-tumor qualities, an aspect of no small importance given and considering what we hear around, in terms of this disease which has never been eradicated and probably never will be...

After the walk in the garden at home, I checked the time, my partner didn't feel like going for a walk, there was shopping to do, I tried to play the joker, telling her, without a great chance of success, that if she had gone shopping I would have gone for a walk, you won't believe it but that's exactly how it went, so I took a nice walk for about 45 minutes, at the end of the big one I also included a quick stretching session of another ten minutes, with the end result was that I felt pretty good, if nothing else I'm just trying to get back into shape...

Ieri mi è stato proprio impossibile inviare il mio resoconto quotidiano, impegni di vario genere non mi hanno consentito di essere qui con voi, di poter parlare di quanto mi è realmente accaduto, che poi, stringi stringi, non è stato nulla di così eccezionale, per cui quasi quasi una giornata di stacco non è stata male più di tanto, anche se, sotto altri punti di vista, dovrei essere sempre in pressione...

Oggi mattinata dedicata alla pulizia del locale, siamo arrivati ben presto, per evitare che le grandi vetrate posteriori fossero investite dal sole, che avrebbe reso difficile la rimozione dello sporco e degli aloni presenti in larga parte delle superifici vetrate, abbiamo ultimato quel lavoro proprio mentre la palla di fuoco girava da quella parte, una volta che poteva essere nuvoloso non c'era da stupirsi se oggi sia stata, almeno finora, una giornata limpida e radiosa...

Terminate le nostre fatiche mattutine, al rientro a casa ho fatto un giretto nell'orto, con un po' di circospezione perché la terra era piuttosto umida, e si sarebbe attaccata abbondantemente sotto alle mie scarpe, per cui ho realizzato qualche scatto, dai quali ho selezionato quello che vedete come immagine d'ingresso, un bel cavolo romano, ho chiesto informazioni, prima di scrivere un'imprecisione, la risposta che ho ottenuto è questa che vedete qui sopra, un cavolo romano, preparato nella giusta maniera è piuttosto gradevole, e in ogni caso possiede grandi qualità anti-tumorali, aspetto di non poco conto visto e considerato quello che si sente dire in giro, a livello di questa malattia che non è mai stata debellata e probabilmente non lo sarà mai...

Dopo il giretto nell'orto di casa, ho controllato l'orario, la mia compagna non aveva voglia di andare a camminare, c'era la spesa da fare, ho tentato di giocare il jolly, dicendole, senza una grande possibilità di riuscita, che se lei fosse andata a fare la spesa io sarei andato a camminare, non ci crederete ma è andata proprio così, per cui mi sono fatto una bella camminata di 45 minuti circa, al termine della grande ho pure inserito una veloce seduta di stretching di un'altra decina di minuti, con il risultato finale che mi sentivo piuttosto bene, se non altro sto cercando proprio di rimettermi in forma...
