Un'altra domanda che spesso mi viene posta è... ma quanto è sicura la blockchain? Cosa succede se spariscono i dati?
E anche in questo caso ho cercato di trovare una risposta per provare a spiegare questo concetto: è impossibile eliminare dati dalla blockchain. Vediamo perché.

Una blockchain è un registro di dati decentralizzato
A blockchain is a decentralised data ledger
Una blockchain non è un registro di dati memorizzato in un unico punto (o server) ma è memorizzata in ogni computer di ogni utente di quella blockchain, per questo si parla di registro di dati decentralizzato.
A blockchain is not a data ledger stored in one place (or server) but is stored on every computer of every user of that blockchain, which is why it is called a decentralised data ledger.
Ogni blocco della blockchain ha un identificatore: l’HASH
Each block on the blockchain has an identifier: the HASH
L'hash è l'impronta digitale del blocco, e ogni hash contiene le informazioni contenute negli hash dei blocchi precedenti alla catena.
The hash is the fingerprint of the block, and each hash contains the information contained in the hashes of the previous blocks in the chain.
Per modificare un blocco, bisognerebbe modificare il suo hash, e quindi anche tutti gli hash precedenti a quel blocco.
In order to modify a block, one would have to modify its hash, and therefore also all the hashes preceding that block.

Non solo, questa operazione andrebbe ripetuta in ogni computer di ogni utente che partecipa alla blockchain, un'operazione a dir poco impossibile!

Le blockchain sono considerate virtualmente non falsificabili e considerate come registri immutabili delle transazioni

Altro ottimo post a riguardo della block chain, il livello di sicurezza che ha raggiunto oggi la blockchain è un livello che possiamo definire irraggiungibile per altri registri distribuiti. Quindi praticamente allo stesso tempo abbiamo un elevato grado di sicurezza ed un elevato grado di certificazione.questa cosa nei prossimi anni verrà compresa sempre di più, quindi sempre più gente si avvicinerà a questo mondo.
concordo. sogno un mondo senza notai in cui l'unico notaio è la blockchain!
ho avuto a che fare con quella categoria... ammetto che negli ultimi 10 anni qualche miglioramento l’hanno fatto... invece gli atti che fecero i miei genitori o i miei nonni dagli anni 80 al 2000 erano pieni di errori!! Ah preciso che il sistemare questi errori ha avuto un costo che ha pagato la famiglia... mica chi aveva commesso errori negli atti.
ah beh! è ovvio no?
speriamo che in futuro gli algoritmi riescano a prevenire sempre più errori e che ci siano sempre meno intermediari nel mezzo
