Introduction
Nexo is a credit/debit platform that was born in 2018. The feature of this platform, is that a user can deposit their cryptos and receive in return from the platform interest given by the deposited cryptos themselves or NEXO tokens. Or by depositing a certain amount of some crypto, they can borrow fiat currencies from the platform to invest again at their leisure.

Nexo has officially launched its cryptocurrency credit card in partnership with Mastercard, under the motto "spend without selling your crypto".

The peculiarity of the Nexo Card is that you will NOT sell your cryptocurrencies to pay with the card, but you will open a loan from them, which will act as a guarantee for the expenditure you will make.

Basically, suppose I have 1 BTC. I can borrow a sum of Euros from the Nexo platform equal to a % that I determine of the value of my BTC, for example 20%, and spend these Euros equal to the 20% of BTC that I have, and then repay the loan to the platform with the "Repay" function.

What I'm doing is a loan, and may NOT be taxable for tax return purposes.

Also, for every purchase you make, there will be a 2% cashback in NEXO tokens or BTC.

Conclusions:
I see this Nexo card as a crytpo currency credit card, innovative compared to other cards! The Binance card for example, turns your cryptos into fiat currency to pay with, while this Nexo card is like a credit card that doesn't use your cryptos directly and also gives you cashback on your spending. So I think it's very interesting, and I wouldn't rule out trying it out in the future!

Nexo è una piattaforma di credito/debito nata nel 2018. La caratteristica di questa piattaforma, è che un utente può depositare le proprie crypto e ricevere in cambio dalla piattaforma degli interessi dati dalle crypto stesse depositate o da token NEXO. Oppure depositando una certa quantità di qualche crypto, posso prendere in prestito dalla piattaforma delle monete fiat da investire ancora a proprio piacimento.

Ultime notizie:
Nexo ha lanciato ufficialmente la sua carta di credito per criptovalute in collaborazione con Mastercard, al motto di “spendi senza vendere le tue crypto”.

La particolarità della Card di Nexo, sta nel fatto che NON verranno vendute le proprie crypto per pagare con la carta, ma verrà aperto un prestito a partire da esse, che fungeranno da garanzia per la spesa che si andrà ad effettuare.

Praticamente, supponiamo di possedere 1 BTC. Io posso prendere in prestito una somma di Euro dalla piattaforma Nexo pari ad una % che stabilisco io del valore del mio BTC, per esempio un 20%, e spendere questi euro pari al 20% di BTC che ho, e poi ripagare il prestito alla piattaforma con la funzione “Repay”.

Quello che sto facendo è un prestito, e potrebbe risultare NON tassabile ai fini della dichiarazione dei redditi.

Conclusioni:
Questa carta Nexo la vedo come una carta di credito di crytpo valute, innovativa rispetto alle altre carte! La carta di Binance per esempio, trasforma le tue crypto in valuta fiat con cui pagare, mentre questa di Nexo è come se fosse una carta di credito che non utilizza direttamente le tue crypto e che inoltre ti dà il cashback sulla spesa. Per cui la ritengo molto interessante, e non escludo di provarla in futuro!
