I did put in a lot of hours when I worked, but I was well paid along the way, plus I seemed to make all the right investments... You're on the right path, wanting to own Rental Properties... You appear to be having fun along the way, so that's good... Have you ever gone to the U.S. Mints Web Page to place your order for some "Boxes" of $1 U.S. Coins...??? They're probably your best shot at getting in on the Ground Floor of USCC... Even if I'm wrong, they'll probably do better than most typical investments, because of their "Collector Value"...
I see that you also receive support from Team 01 - Steemit Explorers Team.
In 2017, when I joined the panel, we did not have this support, this makes us feel motivated and grateful.

You need not up-vote my comments... I do love questions about the coming Monetary Reset...
When I had no voting power I felt bad about commenting and not giving a vote, this is a motivation and I consider that it can be reciprocal, I value a comment since this represents an increase in the SP and in my wallet.
It's best to up-vote a persons post if your up-vote is less than 2 cents... I'd rather see a comment than a 1 cent up-vote...
