How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. By the grace of God, I am much better. Today I am going to share one more recipe with you. This is Hilsa Jhal Chachhari recipe. I hope you like it.



Necessary materials

  • Hilsa fish
  • 3/4 onion
  • The amount of coriander leaves
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • The amount of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons of chilli powder

The first step

First I washed the hilsa fish in clean water. Here I have cut the hilsa fish into small pieces. Because for the salty chachhari of hilsa, the fish pieces have to be cut into small pieces.

The second step

  • Then I fry the onion pieces in a pan with the same amount of oil.

The third step

  • Once the onion is fried, add garlic paste in the required quantity. Then you have to shake everything well.

The fourth step

  • Then I put some salt in it. Add salt according to your taste.

Fifth step

  • Then I put the amount of turmeric powder there.

Sixth step

  • Then I put some chilli powder in it. Since it is salty chutney, you have to give more chilli powder. However, you can't give so much again that you can't eat.

Then I mixed everything well.

Seventh step

  • Then I gave the small pieces of hilsa fish there.

The eighth step

  • Then I gave enough water to cook the fish pieces. Don't give too much water. Because if you give more water, there will be more broth in the food. If there is broth in the jhal chachhari of hilsa, it will not taste so good.

The last step

  • Then when the water is dry, they should be removed from the oven with coriander leaves.
