Tutorial: How to revoke Steem Account Authorities using Steemworld - Come revocare Steem Account Authorities usando Steemworld [ENG-ITA]

Hello everyone!

Each of us in his/her experience on the Steem blockchain has authorized various dapps, tools and sites so that we can execute automatic operations or be able to use it faster without having to log in every time.

Normally, just as an authorization is provided, so can be revoked, many times directly from the site we are using.

After the hard fork of March 20, 2020, however, many of these tools that were previously Steem related have migrated to the Hive blockchain and some have even been permanently closed.

In this case, if we want to revoke the account authority, we may find it difficult. And here comes SteemWorld.org, the tool with which you can do practically (almost) everything!

First, if it's not clear, I refer you to this post by @steemchiller witness #1 and SteemWorld creator, that explains exactly what Account Authorities are and how they work.

And then I show you the simple procedure to remove one or more permissions using SteemWorld.

First step: log in with your Private Posting Key on the website homepage.

You will find this screen in front of you with all the tools available. Select Account Auths

Here you will find the list of all the current active authorities and you can decide whether to remove any of them.

To do this, just click on the red square with the 'x' corresponding to the one you want to revoke.
You will immediately see it disappear from the list.

To complete the operation and make it effective, scroll to the bottom of the list and click on Save changes

You will be asked if you want to use Keychain to validate the operation, click 'Yes' to confirm.

Alternatively, by clicking 'No', you can complete the procedure by entering your Private Active Key or using SteemLogin.

Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page and you will see that the permission you removed will no longer be on the list.

Ognuno di noi nella sua esperienza sulla Steem blockchain ha autorizzato varie dapps, tool e siti in modo da poter eseguire operazioni automatiche o poter accedere in modo più veloce senza dover ogni volta fare il login.

Normalmente, così come si fornisce un'autorizzazione, così si può revocare, molte volte direttamente dal sito che stiamo usando.

Dopo l'hard fork del 20 marzo 2020, però, molti di questi tool che prima erano Steem related sono migrati sulla blockchain Hive e alcuni sono stati addirittura definitivamente chiusi.

In questo caso, qualora volessimo revocare l'account authority, potremmo trovare delle difficoltà. Ed ecco che ci viene in aiuto SteemWorld.org, il tool con cui puoi fare praticamente (quasi) tutto!

Per prima cosa, qualora non fosse chiaro, vi rimando a questo post di @steemchiller, Witness N. 1 e creatore di SteemWorld, che spiega esattamente cosa sono e come funzionano le Account Authorities.

E poi vi mostro la semplice procedura per cancellare una o più autorizzazioni usando SteemWorld.

Primo step: fate il login con la vostra Private Posting Key nella homepage del sito.

Vi troverete davanti questa schermata con tutti i tool a disposizione. Selezionate Account Auths

Qui troverete la lista di tutte le authorities che avete in corso e potrete decidere se rimuoverne qualcuna.

Per farlo, basta cliccare sul quadratino rosso con la 'x' in corrispondenza di quella che volete revocare.
La vedrete immediatamente scomparire dall'elenco.

Per completare l'operazione e renderla effettiva, scorrete fino alla fine della lista e cliccate su Save changes

Vi verrà chiesto se volete usare Keychain per validare l'operazione, cliccate 'Yes' per confermare.

In alternativa, cliccando 'No', potrete completare la procedura inserendo la vostra Private Active Key oppure usando SteemLogin.

Aspettate qualche minuto, poi aggiornate la pagina e vedrete che l'autorizzazione che avete rimosso non sarà più sulla lista.
