Today I want to launch a new initiative.

The goal of the idea that I am about to present to you is to give visibility to emerging authors or brilliant users who have not yet had the opportunity to get noticed and, why not, also to earn them a good payout for their works.

And that is why I present to you...

My Personal Freelance

What's a Freelance?

Take the journalistic world for example.
The newspapers have regular collaborators and have freelance journalists. These professionals produce and process content and then propose it to the editorial director who evaluates whether to buy it and then publish it.

The same thing also happens in the world of websites.

Let's say in short that

a freelancer is a professional who works without dependency and is paid on the basis of his effective contribution.

The idea that came to me is this.

My page becomes the showcase for authors who want to make themselves known and who want to show their works, writings, original creations, photographs to the people of Steemit.

What you will need to do if you want to become my freelancers is very simple:

write a post and send it to me

I will choose the posts that I like the most and one or more times a week, I will publish them one by one on my blog.

The original author of the post, which will be indicated in the title, will be set as the beneficiary of 30% of the rewards generated by the post.

Attention, because there are some very important rules to respect:

1. The post must be absolutely original, in all its parts. Text and images must not be taken from the web nor have they ever been published, neither here on Steemit nor on any other blogging platform or social network. Unpublished material only.

2. The post must be paginated and formatted correctly, this will certainly be an evaluation parameter for my choice. If you use images that do not belong to you, they must be copyright free and their source and type of license must be correctly indicated.

3. The post must be sent in a text document (Microsoft Word or similar) and you can do it by contacting me on Discord girolamomarotta#2784 or Telegram @girolamomarotta. While I won't get back to you immediately, I will always let you know if the post has been selected for publication or not.

4. Try not to send me posts with topics that can become anachronistic, because they could be published after days or even weeks, it will depend on how many requests I will receive.

5. Posts must be written in English language or dual language (English + native) and must be correct English. I ask you to give me the title and also the tags if you want to insert a specific one.

6. By sending me your posts, you will give me explicit authorization to publish them on my personal blog. Of course, all photographs, written works or creations etc. will remain your exclusive property, as you are the authors.

Oggi voglio lanciare una nuova iniziativa.

L'obiettivo dell'idea che vi sto per presentare è quello di dare visibilità ad autori emergenti o a utenti brillanti che non hanno avuto ancora la possibilità di farsi notare e, perché no, anche quello di far guadagnare loro un buon payout per i loro lavori.

Cos'è un Freelance?

Prendete ad esempio il mondo giornalistico.
Le testate hanno dei collaboratori fissi e hanno dei giornalisti freelance. Questi professionisti producono ed elaborano dei contenuti per poi proporli al direttore della redazione che valuta se acquistarli per poi pubblicarli.

La stessa cosa accade anche nel mondo dei siti web.

Diciamo per farla breve che

un freelance è un libero professionista che lavora senza vincoli di dipendenza e viene retribuito sulla base della sua effettiva contribuzione.

L'idea che mi è venuta è questa.

La mia pagina diventa la vetrina per gli autori che vogliono farsi conoscere e che vogliono mostrare le loro opere, scritti, creazioni originali, fotografie al popolo di Steemit.

Quello che dovrete fare se volete diventare miei freelancers è molto semplice:

scrivete un post e inviatemelo

Io sceglierò i post che mi piacciono di più e una o più volte alla settimana, li pubblicherò uno per uno sul mio blog.

L'autore originale del post, che verrà indicato nel titolo, sarà impostato come beneficiario del 30% dei rewards generati dal post.

Attenzione, perché ci sono alcune regole molto importanti da rispettare:

1. Il post deve essere assolutamente originale, in tutte le sue parti. Testo e immagini non devono essere presi dal web e nemmeno essere mai stati pubblicati, né qui su Steemit né su ogni altra piattaforma di blogging o social network. Solo materiale inedito.

2. Il post deve essere impaginato e formattato in modo corretto, questo sarà sicuramente da parte mia un parametro di valutazione per la scelta. Se usate immagini non di vostra proprietà, è necessario che siano libere da copyright e che ne siano correttamente indicata la provenienza e il tipo di licenza.

3. Il post va inviato su documento di testo (Microsoft Word o simili) e potete farlo contattandomi su Discord girolamomarotta#2784 o Telegram @girolamomarotta. Anche se non vi risponderò immediatamente, vi farò sempre sapere se il post è stato selezionato o meno per la pubblicazione.

4. Cercate di non inviarmi post con argomenti che possono diventare anacronistici, perché potrebbero essere pubblicati dopo giorni o anche settimane, dipenderà da quante saranno le richieste che riceverò.

5. I post devono essere scritti in lingua inglese o in doppia lingua (inglese+lingua madre) e deve essere un inglese corretto. Vi chiedo di indicarmi il titolo e anche i tag se volete inserirne qualcuno specifico.

6. Inviandomi i vostri post, mi darete esplicita autorizzazione a pubblicarli sul mio blog personale. Chiaramente, tutte le fotografie, opere scritte o creazioni ecc. rimarranno di vostra esclusiva proprietà, in quanto siete voi gli autori degli stessi.
