Delicious curry recipe with fish and beans

Frying the pills Heat 2 tbsp of mustard oil in a pan. Fry the pills on medium heat until they turn red and crackle. Once the pills are fried, keep them in a bowl.
Wash the fried fish pieces well.
Apply little salt and turmeric and marinate for 10 minutes. Heat 2 tbsp of mustard oil in a pan and fry the fish lightly. When the fish is fried, keep it aside.
Make the broth
Add a little more oil in the same pan, then add chopped onion and fry until light brown. Add garlic and ginger batter and grind well. Add tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and grind the masala well. When the masala oil comes out, add the potato pieces and fry well for 5-7 minutes. Now add enough hot water, cover and cook for 5 minutes. do
Adding fish and pills
When the potatoes are half cooked, add the fried fish. Stir and cook covered for 3-4 minutes. Now add the pills and cook for another 2-3 minutes. When all the ingredients are mixed together, sprinkle the green chillies and garam masala. Scatter the chopped coriander leaves and cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with hot rice.
Pre-roasting the pills gives a nice flavor to the curry.It is better not to turn the fish around too much, otherwise it may break.Using mustard oil will enhance the taste.
Control amount of water if you want to thin or thicken broth.
