Today we have to create the Valponicella for which harvest of black grapes, my favorite and which is so good for health.

Oggi dobbiamo creare il Valponicella per cui vendemmia di uva nera,la mia preferita e che fa tanto bene alla salute.

The pressing will take place later.

L'uva viene raccolta delicatamente, e viene messa in cassetta a stagionare.
La pigiatura avverrà più avanti.

When the percentage of sugars present in the berry remains unchanged compared to the previous analysis, it means that there is no further accumulation. It is the sign that the harvest can begin !!!

Per comprendere se è giunta l’ora della vendemmia vengono raccolti campioni d’uva dai diversi vigneti.
Quando la percentuale di zuccheri presenti nella bacca rimane invariata rispetto all’analisi precedente vuol dire che non vi è più ulteriore accumulo. È il segno che si può iniziare la vendemmia!!!

Finally after so much effort it is time for lunch ... a fried tomato and pepper is waiting for us !!

My day ends with a jog at sunset, I have to keep fit because this week and I have to go walking in the mountains.
