Spending an Afternoon at Al Anwar Mosque, Pasuruan City Square
One evening, I decided to spend some time in one of the most peaceful spots in Pasuruan city - Al Anwar Mosque located at the city square. From the moment I stepped in, I could sense a different atmosphere. The cool evening breeze gently caressed every corner of the mosque.
After offering my prayers, I sat in the spacious courtyard of the mosque. The dimming sunlight painted a magical aura around the majestic mosque. The call to Maghrib prayer echoed, breaking the silence and inviting everyone present to draw closer to the God.
Shortly after, I took a stroll around Pasuruan City Square surrounding the mosque. Some children were flying kites against the backdrop of the twilight sky, while adults sat in the park, enjoying a warm cup of tea and engaging in leisurely conversations. The bustling yet tranquil atmosphere of the city square made me feel like I was in the perfect place to spend my afternoon.
Returning to the mosque, I found a quiet corner to sit and reflect. Admiring the mosque's classic yet captivating architecture, I felt deeply connected to the history and spirituality of Pasuruan city.
As time passed, the sky began to change colors, turning shades of orange and pink, providing a stunning backdrop for the silhouette of the mosque. I felt incredibly fortunate to witness such natural beauty while spending time in such a peaceful place.
To conclude this beautiful afternoon, I decided to take a moment to rest under the shade of a lush tree near the mosque. Accompanied by the gentle sound of the fountain and the chirping of birds, I felt truly at peace and content.
