Corona Virus Update - Miami Lockdown

Not picking on Miami as it represents many cities that are now undergoing monitored restrictions of people. The four southern counties in Florida are now under "quarantine" and cannot leave. New Jersey actually has restricted travel between some cities (like Newark).
What is the issue? Social Distancing or keeping a good 6 feet between people gathering. People have not listened when visiting Miami for Spring Break and now we here many are infected.
It is certainly odd to see a city like Miami with no cars (same for New York and others). This was necessary as the rise in CV-19 spreading appeared to be getting worse in this area.
We know that the cruise line business is under tremendous hardship as many have had ships of some passengers infected and it then affects the whole ship and that then means they all need to be quarantined. We have seen this throughout the world and it makes you wonder what will happen to the cruise business in general. What will happen in 2021 in the fall/winter? Will this affect all these cities again?
Some have thought that CV-19 does not occur in warmer weather, but this is not the case. Hopefully, these measures can help the city and the area get back to normal. A good question is "what is the new normal" with so many businesses now closed after having to be closed for weeks. Only time will tell. We are in the middle of historical times. The good news is that we will be better prepared to take action and be able to stop the spreading quicker. But how does this affect business each time? How does this affect the economy each time? Will there be new industries that arise from this new way of conducting business?
