I was asked to do a review for the hotel and that made me think why not do a review for the restaurant we had a great evening aswell. And where the food was simply amazing. The place on the beach at the lake is unique. There are many private parts along the shore and a lot a of campings but here the restaurant is on the beach. A great opportunity to try this new old restaurant. Its been renovated after the owner died and the next generation took over.

The front of the restaurant is inviting and as you can see the front and right side are joined to the stoney pebble beach. The fresh breeze made the entrance sweet. We made a reservation the day before. Its a restaurant where also a lot of local Italians eat, so that is advised. Its always great when you find a restaurant where locals also dine.

The exterior is beige, white and blue. The combination looks summer-y and fresh. Its clean and there are a lot of places to sit. In summer outside is good but in the evening a bit windy, so take a cardigan if you are afraid to be cold. I love a breeze after a day that’s above 38 degrees Celsius to cool of before bed.

The wine bar and the white bow chairs inside give the same serene look and feel. I love when a place where you can wine and dine is serene so that having dinner is a time at ease. With this restaurant that is the case and the food… wow that’s awsome.

The food and menu was diverse but Italian ofcourse. We had the best red wine at dinner and we had three courses. The kids had a children’s dinner and that was great aswell.

The restaurant and prices were better than we thought. When you are in Italy in the lago di Garda go to il Lido. Its in a town called Gargnano. 

And please review a great restaurant when you can…..
