Aarwangen in canton of Bern

Aarwangen with the castle on the river Aare, originally a water castle which was built in the 13th century is one of the characteristic historical building here.

On the other side a wonderful old farmhouse 1796-97

In a boat or just swimming on the Aare river is possible to enjoy a beautiful summer day from the water. The colours of the Aare are various beautiful , turquoise blue, green blue, glacier green, depending on the sunlight.
