First blockchain-based job platform (Part 2)

in Tron Fan Club2 days ago

In the last post, I discussed with you the basic concept of a Decentralized Job Platform. Basically, this is a very useful thing in the current context because if this sector can be decentralized then it will be possible to benefit both the job seeker and job provider groups as they will be able to do their jobs in less cost, less time and with confidence. So today I am going to explain how this platform will basically work i.e. what will be the basic mechanism of its working although you know that it will work based on blockchain technology but still I will explain how it works in today's post.

BitJob utilized the Ethereum blockchain to power its platform. The platform's core idea was to offer students micro-tasks, which they could complete in exchange for crypto. Here is a BitJob's native token, STU (Student Tokens). Employers could post jobs on the platform, specifying the tasks required, the deadline, and the payment amount in STU tokens. Students who registered on the platform could browse through these job listings, apply for the ones that matched their skills, and, upon selection, complete the tasks. Once a task was completed to the employer’s satisfaction, the payment would be automatically processed via smart contracts.

It reduces the chances of disputes. Smart contracts were central to BitJob’s operation. By removing the need for third-party intervention, BitJob was able to offer lower fees and faster payment processing times compared to traditional job platforms. By using blockchain, BitJob aimed to eliminate these intermediaries. This is a big connection between the job providers and the job performers. This can be said as the direct connection between the two parties. When one party just completes the task then the payment will be automatically made to the job performers from the job providers under some terms and conditions. The platform was designed to be global. So, students from different parts of the world compete for jobs and earn in crypto. Overall, it’s a new opportunity for income generation.

I think this is going to be a game changer in the world of blockchain where job platform will be based on the blockchain that will drive more transparency which I don't think available as of now because many things are still not clear when we go through the job hunting process.
