You have seen the word mining used a lot with bitcoin. There are many websites where people income by mining bitcoin. So in my opinion it is better not to do free mining.

Now come to investment mining. There is a difference between free mining and this. So suppose you are investing in a website. After investing they will buy a lot of computers with your coin and they will transact with that computer then they will give you some money. But of course you will see which website you are investing in. First we have to see if they are real. Then you have to see if they can use your coin for any good, then you can invest. Maybe someone is using it for business purposes. If their business is good then you can invest.
