Let Talk About Decentralized Protocols - What Is DEX Aggregator?

in Tron Fan Club2 years ago (edited)

You could have utilized UniSwap or even SunSwap in the past. Maybe not. It's possible that you've only ever used Binance or Coinbase. There's a chance you've never heard of a decentralized exchange. That's totally OK. To trade across several crypto assets, you don't need to use a platform like Binance. Since cryptocurrencies are programmable money, we can move assets without a middleman.

It all began on the Ethereum blockchain several years ago. Nowadays, a wide range of blockchains, including Tron, Polygon, the Binance chain, and essentially any chain that supports smart contracts, are used to build Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs). Developers can write code that implements transactions directly on the blockchain without obtaining permission from anyone.

On the Tron blockchain, for instance, you can exchange TRX for any other token in a permissionless and trustworthy manner.

There are no accounts with DEXs that need passwords you can't recall. There is no need to fill out any paperwork or provide photographs of your ID and passport. You can literally connect your wallet and do whatever strikes your fancy. Want to exchange Tron for WIN or other TRC-20 tokens? You can achieve this by exchanging TRX for BTC and holding BTC without leaving the Tron blockchain.

It could appear difficult, but it's really not. All you require is a wallet, such as TronLink, Trust Wallet, or even MetaMask. After getting a wallet, all you need is some cryptocurrency to get started. Keep in mind that you do not need to create an account in order to utilize SunSwap. Since they first began to appear, DEXs have seen significant development. Similar characteristics, like yield farming, started to appear more frequently.

Numerous distinct DEX's began to appear as a result of the DeFi explosion. The first one I can recall learning about or using was Uniswap. Then I switched to 1inch.exchange, which was totally different.

The first Aggregator I ever heard of was 1inch.exchange, which I believe I learned about in a casual Telegram group.

So, to answer the question, What is a DEX Aggregator? Well, since the decentralized exchange doesn't use order book to excuse or implement trades, so, in order to ensure that you are obtaining the best price for your trade, DEXs aggregator aggregates prices from a variety of different DEXs or let me put it this way,DEXs aggregator simple combine price or bring out prices of an asset from different DEXs exchanges.

Therefore, if you wanted to swap ETH or other Ethereum-based tokens, you would enter the desired amount into the aggregator, and it would return various trading amounts based on the DEX's exchange rate. Since asset prices might differ between platforms, this occurs. A transaction's outcome can also vary depending on the amount charged to complete it.

This was essential when the gas prices on the Ethereum blockchain were skyrocketing. At the time, transaction fees were around $20, but when NFTs started to be produced, the ETH gas fee skyrocketed even more

Regardless of the type of trade, it's still a fantastic idea to use an aggregator. If you do the price checking yourself, you might be able to obtain greater value for your money, pay less in fees, and have less headaches. You can use aggregators to compare prices between several DEXs and various blockchains when you're working with a ton of different chains that are all based on Ethereum.

DeFi began in this manner. Our current system was built on this. There wouldn't be any DEXs if DeFi didn't exist. The ability to engage in Liquidity pool to farming the liquidity tokens, to borrowing and lending and other financial activities would not be possible without DeFi.

This is a very beautiful lesson. Thanks for sharing with us. You did a good job

Exchanges are the keys to our monetary issues when it comes to crypto. And Binance is one of the well known exchange platforms which is widely used all over the world. Though there are other exchanges that posses great features just like you have mentioned but I think Binance overshadowed them all. Well presented and keep it up.

You have done well by sharing with us all a lovely article of the decentralized protocol. Keep it up sir and thank you for sharing.
