What the SEC considers a security today might not be a security tomorrow. What I am talking about is that there is an interesting conversation between MNSBC and former SEC chairman Jake Clayton. As we move forward and we are trying to get a little bit of clarity about what is security and what is not a security, I think there is some type of speech that gives room for the SEC to pivot. What asked If. Lastly, we have been seeing a lot of different negativity around crypto and more so about Bitcoin and the amount of energy it uses. There is always something that is going to be said as far as energy uses and then also illicit activity.

This is a fact sheet from the White House talking about the climate and energy implications of cryptocurrency assets in the US. Its just talks about how vast amounts of power that Bitcoin actually uses. There is a couple of things for people to remember and this is about how electricity is being used to mine Bitcoin and to fund the entire village. There is a post from Coindesk that talked about the problem as far as people having no access to electricity. You will think you don't have access to electricity, should we be using we should using that for Bitcoin? Maybe we should just take all that electricity and give it to all the people that don't have it. There is town reason people don't have electricity, it is either a lack of disposable income or a lack of infrastructure. You can either choose between if you don't have the income to ration funds for other things like mobile data.

Africa just adopted microgrids and it all started in March 2022 and the major goal was to provide cheap energy through microgrids and Bitcoin solved that problem. They produce this electricity through hydroelectric plants in small rivers located throughout rural Africa. The electricity that is not purchased by the village that it's supporting because if not it would just be lost. The miners then mine Bitcoin, and they sell the Bitcoin and they make everything profitable. This got me thinking about how much electricity is wasted in the US, more than 60 of the energy used for electricity generation is lost in conversation. If we take a look at the electricity that is being used in Bitcoin miners, Why can't we use the overflow?
