News affect in cryptocurrency Market
News is a part of the multiple markets and we will probably agree on a point that it also plays an important role in the market. If you talk about the traditional markets including stocks or real estate then also news can be one of the important parts that play an important role but I believe that it is crucial in the cryptocurrency market. as I only mentioned it is important everywhere including any market that you talk about but in the cryptocurrency market it plays an even important role as compared to other markets.
For example, if you talk about the current scenario when the market sentiments are driven by some positive news and even negative news floating around. When XRP got a partial win we could see the same impact in the market but when the Ethereum founder sold some Ethereum even Tesla created some BTC balance from their financials. We have also seen that Grayscale got some positive outcomes from the lawsuit and it can result in BTC ETF for the bitcoins soon which also triggers the market in the positive momentum.
If we summarise it then we can say that this market is driven by new sentiments if things floating around us are driving the positive sentiment then we can see the price appreciation for cryptocurrencies in the market and similarly when it goes negative then we can see the same impact in the prices. I think sometimes such news is manufactured by the institutions to drive certain agendas so that they can buy Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency coins at a lower price. I'm not very sure but it seems like that because how come we are getting so much news when things start to go on the negative side it just cannot happen all in one go and this is the reason why I think something is going on behind the scenes in this market.
This is how it is and we can't help it so we need to get familiar with this probably with this, we can also figure out some opportunity that can go in our favor so better to deal with the situation and learn to get the best outcome whenever possible depending upon the opportunities in this market.
