Can Polygon Matic Beat ethereum ?

We all know that Ethereum is the top blockchain network as of now in the market and if we talk about the coin price then it is the first altcoin as per the market cap. Bitcoin is on top but the mother currency, and after Bitcoin Ethereum is next, it is on the second rank. Some projects claim that they are better than Ethereum in various ways and Polygon is one of the known names that claims that it is better than the Ethereum chain.

Recently we have seen a news update in which Polygon has got Google as one of the validators on its network and I believe it is big news. Who does not know Google if Google decides to enter any industry or become part of any project then undoubtedly many others will also follow the same because Google is an example setter. Google has started with proof of stake which is good because now many projects are moving towards it and even Ethereum has done it in the past to transition from proof of work to proof of stake.

While Polygon is a great blockchain network and it provides a lot to the projects that are built on this chain as compared to what Ethereum offers. It is also cost-effective where the transaction fee is very low and users are hardly worried about the charge that they are processing for transactions. I also think that the transition fee should not be high but with Ethereum, this has been a problem for a long time and even now it is much higher than any other network including Polygon and BSC.

Do you think that Polygon can beat Ethereum and become mainstream for many projects? Although it is a dream for many projects in the crypto market and they are trying to make their blockchain much more innovative I don't think it is going to happen soon. Ethereum is scalable and it is expensive in terms of transaction fees but still, the trust that this chain has gained in the last 5-6 years is more important for the projects. This chain was started in the year two thousand fifteen so it's been almost eight years for the project and since then it has been growing continuously.

Undoubtedly the polygon network is also doing well but I think this mod kit is big and opens the door of opportunities for many more projects to come in and deliver what others are not able to. This also creates an opportunity and competition for the companies to build better things and deliver the best of their services to the projects and users.
