Random Blog on Crypto (Part 50) : Bitcoin and Altcoin Cycle
Bitcoin halving happens every four years. Over this four year period we see a pattern in the price of Alter Coin and Bitcoin. Those who have been in the crypto world for a long time and have been involved in trading for a long time know this. It is widely recognized that it is possible to make profits in the long term in the crypto market. But it is very difficult to profit in short term because no analysis will work very well here. This is normal. But in long term it is definitely profitable as crypto market condition follows a positive pattern every 4 years.
If you take a good look at the history of the market, it will be clear from the historical point of view that Bitcoin is booming for two years and altcoins are booming for the next two years. The reason why this is the case doesn't really need to be explained in detail as you can easily understand that no currency can ever stay in good condition for long. Whenever a coin makes a good position everyone wants to gain by exchanging this coin with another coin which we call arbitrage gain.
Because of this, after one coin, many other coins appear. This happens because traders look for opportunities. When the price of Bitcoin rises, more orders come into the market due to traders and the exchange of altcoins increases a lot. By doing this slowly the alter coins started to become profitable again. On the other hand, when the price of Bitcoin falls again, there is a tendency to accumulate more and more Bitcoins through Alter Coins. Due to this, everyone's interest in buying Bitcoins increases and slowly Bitcoin can regain its lost position to a strong position.
The aforementioned is a normal phenomenon in the crypto market that's why you can see this change in the rise and fall of Alter and Bitcoin every two years from the market data. The main reason behind this change is the principle of rise followed by fall and fall followed by rise again. Just like when everything is white the importance of black is not understood. It is such a game that one rise after another is a natural phenomenon. But it usually happens every two years because Bitcoin halving happens every four years.
