So before investing in NFT, we need to understand what NFT is? In fact, the full form of NFT is non-fungible tokens. To understand non fungible tokens we need to understand fungible tokens first. To understand this better, suppose you gave 200 dollars to a shopkeeper, then the shopkeeper gave you 40 notes of 5 dollars, but the value of the dollar did not fall here. In this case, the note will be treated as fungible, again suppose that a drum of 20 liters of oil is converted into 20 bottles of oil, but the quality of oil does not decrease.

This is exactly how Bitcoin works. With Bitcoin Exchange we can buy Bitcoin or other coins of its equivalent value. So it was understood that fungible exchange is possible. Now let's talk about Non fungible tokens. Suppose you go somewhere in 2019 and you take a train ticket, and come 2024 you want to exchange this ticket. Actually this is not possible because the ticket you buy in 2019 will not match the signature, date of 2024 ticket. Similarly, if you try to demolish an old house and build a new one, your new house will not match the old house. You cannot build the new house like the old one even if you want to. In this way, the art we see in digital media can never be changed. Now you can say that we can match those arts only if we copy them. Even if you copy or recreate this image, it will not be the same as the previous image. Because the picture is made by the artist you first made and then you make it again with that artist but still it will not match. And these are Non fungible tokens. NFTs reside within the blockchain and reside within a smart contract address, simply called a contract address.

And each NFT has a specific token address. When we use any coin it has a token address. Similarly, NFTs also have a token address. This address is unique. To understand, let's take Ether, but Ether has a lot of supply, but when NFT is created, there will be only one token of NFT and this token will never be more than one. So these are the main points of NFT. NFT art is sold by many artists at high prices. And these arts are bought by many investors and sold at high prices. Investors can make huge profits by doing this.
