Hello dear friends how are you all? I hope everyone is well by God's grace. I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I am here with a contest entry post. Steem Engagement Challenge Season Twenty's ongoing contests are great. The contest post published by dave11 is about business ideas. I am very interested to participate in this contest. I want to complete my post by fulfilling all the criteria. Let's get started then.

Customer support.

Business is a means of earning profit through investment. Customer support is very important in a business. That is, to do a business, we need to provide good customer service. Undoubtedly, a good service can bring more growth to our business. So I believe in it and try to make customer service a priority in my business. It is clear to me that the better the customer support the better the business will grow. Because any of our business is driven by customers. If customer service is not good, we may lose customers. Providing a good service will be one of the means for our business to avoid losing customers. Sarees are produced in our private factory and here we try to provide good service to all the customers starting from the workers. Which accelerated our business very quickly.

I have proven it myself, treating customers well and producing and selling products according to their needs can turn a profit very quickly. I would include it in customer support, cheap prices. Selling products at cheaper prices can attract more customers. Do some calculations if you earn two coins on one product your sales will be much higher. But if you want to earn 5 coins on the same product, it is normal that your sales volume will decrease. So as customer support I will give priority to selling at cheap price. This will make the customer happy and I will also benefit. One last thing, good customer support is one of the tools for any business.

Professional hiring, if any.

Our business will mainly require workers. Because we have a factory. I would definitely say that our employees are very happy with our behavior. It is possible to increase our production by them. And in our factory there are 13 electrical machines that require workers. Notifications are given in factories to recruit workers in our business. We try to accept someone known to the workers so the workers are very friendly. Our recruitment process is very simple and good, for example, if two machines are imported into the factory, we will hire three employees. One will operate two machines, one will do machine maintenance and one will be engaged in all design related work. A total of three employees are employed in our factory mainly for design and maintenance work. The factory is being operated in a very normal manner.

Also 7 workers work in our factory to operate the machine. They are appointed for an indefinite period. They are free to change their jobs at any time. Three employees are then employed to process/pack our manufactured sarees. If one of our employees resigns, we employ another one. In this our business is very balanced and on an upward trend. It has proved to be a good source of income for us.

Expansion plans

We plan to expand our business by the end of the year. We sell products to most of our customers. They repay their loan annually. And every year we get a profitable account from our business. We expand our business as much as possible from our profits. Our business has grown from small to large. In the beginning we had only two machines, we have expanded our business every year from annual profit. We have plans on how to expand the business further in the coming year. We continue to work hard to expand the business. Especially my elder brother is very focused on business planning. I am only his assistant. However, we implement our business expansion plans at the end of the year.

As the business expands we need some more investment there. For each machine we have to deposit extra 1 target money. As a backup, that money is able to meet the deficit of the whole year. We have plans for this year. But this time our expansion will be in design. We will make better quality sarees so that we can be more profitable. By expansion I am talking about expanding the quality of the product. I know attractive and better quality sarees will be more profitable. Along with that, the interest of buyers will increase. So we plan to expand the business as well as expand the quality.

Aggressive or soft marketing strategies

Business should never be aggressive. As a person, I think I should have a soft attitude, both as a buyer and as a seller. Our customers will be attracted by our soft usage, you can win the customer's heart through beautiful usage. When it comes to marketing, your words should be logical and have a proper match with the product. This will keep buyers interested in your product. I refrain from over-praising saree marketing in our business sector. But I will try to present as much quality as possible. I think my product marketing will get good response through good presentation. I do marketing to customers through WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram etc. Especially I use WhatsApp more. Because most of the people who are interested in our products are connected to my WhatsApp.

I believe that through promotion our business will accelerate faster. As our business is not self-completed yet, communication media is chosen as our promotional strategy. Creating an ad or spending money is a bit difficult right now. In that case, communication media Facebook Messenger WhatsApp is one of our campaign media. We maintain considerable flexibility in promoting our products, while also striving to provide a customer-friendly experience. Believe it or not, a flexible usage will help your business grow.
