How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Steem For Lifestyle community. This contest name is `Lifestyle and healthy living.

Thank you so much Sir @memamun for organizing such a beautiful event.

The competition is very beautiful and we often do not give importance to time but waste time in bad places. The world is a battlefield and we have to fight this war, but the more time we give importance to time, the more his life will be in the war.

What is the most important thing in your daily routine and why?

The most important thing in my daily life is to make the right decision at the right time. Although every person works hard, the hard work needs to be done with the right decision at the right time and I give more importance to this work in this small battlefield of life. Because if we cannot make the right decision over time, it does not bring anything good in life, so we have to use the time.

How do you maintain physical and mental well-being?

Everyone becomes more or less mentally ill due to the pressure of working all day, many times we go into depression, so to protect ourselves from this, I often spend time happily playing sports. Our life is not only for earning money but also for our happiness and joy.

To stay mentally healthy, I sometimes play cricket and badminton in winter, and I also talk well with my loved ones, so I stay healthy. In terms of sports, not only my body is fresh, but I also do exercise, which keeps my body healthy. I also often exercise at home to keep my fitness good.

What is your food preference? Do you try to eat healthy food?

Actually, if I say my food preferences, I like all halal foods, but sometimes I eat fast food, it is for the taste of my mouth. Also, I often eat healthy food. Among these, I eat chickpeas, chicken and vegetable soup, fish, meat, etc.

I always try to eat vitamin-rich foods. However, chicken and vegetable soup has a lot of iron, vitamins, calcium, potassium, etc., so it plays a basic role in maintaining my health.

How do you strike a balance when using technology and social media?

Yes, this is a very complicated question because we have all become addicted to social media on our mobile or laptop.

I used to waste a lot of time on social media but after I came to Steemit I moved away from that, although now I am giving that time to the Steemit platform. So I can say that I have been able to maintain my balance by working on Steemit. Also, it is an income source so I can earn money by working here.
