1. What is the most important thing in your daily routine and why?

The most important things in Mya daily routine are eating a balanced diet at least twice a day , going to a football field to play football at least once a day. Because there are the most needed things in a human body to keep it going and balanced. Another thing I do is I drink a lot of water . The reason why I take in a lot of water is to keep my body hydrated . And the balance diet I take in daily is to keep my body healthy and fit. The exercises which I perform daily is to keep my joints and other body parts fit for exercises.

2. How do you maintain physical and mental well-being?

When it comes to physical wellbeing I usually try as much as it is to exercise myself and try to eat healthy food which are necessary for my health. And when it comes to the part of my mental wellbeing I do try to find myself around things that are positive like the friends I move around with the kind of people I let into my life. All these are simply ways which I keep maintaining my physical and mental wellbeing.

3. What is your food preference? Do you try to eat healthy food?

I prefer vegetables,fruits and a bit of fatty foods. This is because the vegetables helps to enhance my growth and development in my body system while the fruits pro IDE the necessary vitamins which my body will need for it benefits. Then the fatty foods are those that will help me when I need to add a bit if weight to my body. Also aside from this which I have mentioned I usually try healthy foods because they are the key success in maintenance of a god body structure. And also meat is a kind of food which I do not like to eat regularly because it takes much time to digest but still that I take it in some times Because it is proteinous.

4. How do you strike a balance when using technology and social media?

If a person do make use of social media and technology he or she should make use of restaurant which have delicious dishes and also you should make use of balance diets by combining the different foods . And also if the person is such that cannot make a balance diet he or she should make use of Google and my other search engine or they should visit a doctor to help them create a daily food list that will contain balance diets.
