Who has the most influence on children? Explain with convincing reasons.

The mother, of course. I know things might have changed but normally, the father is the one who fends for the family while the mother takes care of the home. Even though the mother works, such work is supposed to provide a time for the mother so she can take care of her family.
In this case, the child tends to spend more time with the mother and that’s why she has most influence on children. With my little research, fathers spend less time with the family because they gotta fend for the home.

Who influenced you most during your childhood?

It is my mother. I remember waking up early in the morning and seeing my mum cook in the kitchen and pack our foods inside our lunchboxes, I get back from school and she feeds me. She basically does everything a mother could do and I saw all of that so it has a positive influence on me.

That thought me how the mother takes care of the home and as I girl child, I needed all of that when I get married.

Do you think children can retrain themselves even when they have good backgrounds/home training? (You can give examples, if any)

This is very possible and that’s why peer pressure is a very big deal. Children can begin to retrain themselves when such acts of negative peer influence comes in and that time, parents have to be vigilant so that they can correct their children.

How are you influencing the younger ones around you?

I always make sure that I become a positive influence on them by doing what is right at the suitable time.
Also, I influence them by making sure I act alright because I may actually be a role model to so many kids out there.
