Lamb shinwari karahai
Today I am making traditional lamb shinwari karahi, it's quite simple and very delicious, and healthy because it is cooked in the natural fat of lamb, it tastes awesome
Ingredients
- Lamb meat 500 gram
- Lamb fat 100 gram
- Green chilies 5 to 7
- Tomato 4 to 5
- Salt according to taste
- Ginger 1 inch piece
cooking method
- Take pressure cooked added one glass water, put clean meat in it, when whistle voice came to cook it for 25 minutes.
- Take a pan added lamb fat, keep it at very low flame, it well turned to oil slowly.
When all fat turned into oil, cut tomatoes into large pieces, added tomato in oil.
- Cook at medium flame, now added soften meat in it. Allow to cook it.
- Added cut chilies in it.
- Now, added salt to it. Cooked until oil separate out.
- It's ready to sprinkle ginger. Ready to serve.
