Hope everyone is well and satisfied with their life.Today I am going to make healthy juice which is grapefruit juice.Today is very hot day.Grapefruit is one of my favourite fruit .It has alot of benefits for our body and good for skin also

Has 92% water also help to overcome weight
It lower our blood cholesterol
It boost our immune system
It control our bp
It aid in control our blood sugar level
It prevent cancer
It can be a good meal for us and can also used as juice
It give faster healing to wound
Ingredient
Grapefruit
Blender
salt if you want to add
Method
take 6 to 8 grape fruit
peel off all the grapefruit
put in a blender and put juice in a glass
This is very simple and I thought I shoud share with my family
