Assalamualikum! ,hope you're doing great in life. This post is about hyperautomation technology, its working, applications ,challenges, benefits and much more.

Lets get straight to the topic,

What is hyperautomation technology?

It’s the extension of business-driven process automation use to identify ,assess and automate IT and business process in an organization. It involves AI with RPA tools and other technologies to streamline the process and to run it without human intervention. It doesn't mean to entirely replace humans but to free human from performing repetitive and low level tasks.

It not only refers to the tasks and process that can be automated but even takes it to the next level of automation . By combination of automation technologies we can automate more and more knowledge work and engage employees in an organization . Hyperautomation was identified by Gartner and according to his consultancy it will be one if the top 10 technological trends that will have the greatest impact in next decade.

It offers the power and flexibility to automate where automation that wasn't possible, which offers human to focus on tasks that require great value such as decision making , critical thinking ,interpreting data, etc.

As I've mentioned above hyperautomation is based on a number of automation technologies including Robotic process automation, Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, Big data , collaborative robotics (Cobots), Chatbots (conversations in real time , iBPM( intelligent business process management suite) ,Process mining ,Advanced analytics ,Event driven software architecture, iPaaS( Integration platform as a service), low code ,packaged software and many other types of decision process and task automation tools .
