How are you? I hope you all in your good health with prosperity. I am also fine and I am here again in you guyz with 2nd Lecture of my course Dropshipping. I hope my previous tutorial helped you alot in learning the first step of dropshipping.
Let's start our 2nd tutorial which is based on Processing. Today I am gonna teach you about the next step after hunting a profitable product. The very next step is Processing which is responsibility of a seller.

Steps of Processing

Processing basically depends on two steps.
1. Listing
2. Placement of Orders
Both of the steps are the responsibilities of a seller.
Let's discuss both of them one by one.

1. Listing:

Listing means make your product ready for selling out. After a hunter hunts a product sellers have to make sure that if the product is good enough to sell, if it meets market trends, If it has a good face value etc.
Responsibilities of Seller

• A Seller should verify the product if its matched or not.
• Seller should check the credibility of product i.e., If Amazon allow us to sell it or not. For this step Seller check it on seller central.

You can go on Catalog then Add Product.
Now put the ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) of your product here.

When there is option Sellect a Condition, it means your product is open to sell.
As you see here we have some different kind of conditions.
1. Collectible:
The items that listed as collectible must provide some added value. It means the item is used for little amount of time but are in good shape.
2. Refurbished:
Refurbished means item is sold but customer sent it back because it has some fault and customer need it no longer.
3. Used:
Item is used. Used category may have further categories

• Used-Like New
• Used-Very Good
• Used-Good
• Used-Acceptable
  These are all categories based on the condition of product.
  4. New:
  A brand new item. Fresh, untouched and new as is sounds.

If you check a product and seller central gives you an option Apply to Sell then it means the product is prohibited for you to sell.
NOTE: It is best to sell a product in new state. It secure your account in dropshipping from suspension.

Like this when I select the option New it says me Apply to sell.

Here another example for this product is says Sell on Amazon it means we are allowed to sell this product.
If you checked all the conditions, Profit , ROI(Return on Investment) and you are satisfied with your product then its time to list it.

You can also check that the product is not prime. When you select Sell On Amazon then this tab appears if the product is prime then its written with the name of the product.
Now fill all the information like Price sale price, if you are selling product on sale then set satrt date of sale and ending date also.

SKU should be set like LHM-SC-099869878 (Seller Code-Supplier name-Item number). This should be done like this.
For **Fulfillment channels you must choose fulfillment by Merchant.
Then Press Save and finish button.

You have listed a product successfully.

For taking orders you have to win buybox.
What is Buy Box?
BuyBox means you have to win the the place in which orders came. There are some methods to win a buybox. The one who has the buybox and he is new seller then he should get most orders. That's why buybox is very important for taking orders.

Steps to Win a BuyBox

• Your price must be lower then other sellers when you don't have a rating.
• There is great competitions between sellers that's why your product must have good profit margin minimum of $5-$6 so that a seller can easily compete.
• Rating really matters if one have a good rating and also on the lowest price then chances of getting orders increases.
• The other factor is handling days. Handling days are the days you set for the fulfillment of your product from its shipment to its delivery. If your handling days is lesser then other sellers then its good for winning buybox.
