Your health depends on your diet. There are hundred types of recipies each type of food has 6 ingredients.

  1. Protein
  2. Carbohydrates
  3. Fats
  4. Vitamins
  5. Minerals
  6. water

If you have all of these ingredients in your diet but if you don't used it properly then you will have health problem's in your body.

REMEMBER A FEW POINTS:

  1. Men's need about 3200 calories per a day depending on the nature of their work. Otherside women's need 2500 calories.

  2. 60% of your calories is important to get from carbohydrates. It's main sources are Milk, Egg, Meat, Pulses etc..

(Butter, Ghee, Cooking oil, and Cream)
