This user has given explanation to me that it is his own website and his content that he shares on steemit.
We will keep this user under observation and ask him to share unique content on steemit.
Further, I would like to add you as moderator of our community to cater the increasing numbers and activities in community.
I hope you will help us in ending plagiarism. We have very strict policy on plagiarism and offenders will not be entertained here.
