Hope you'll are doing great? I love steemit so I always like to power up. This post is about the power up of my earning from the last 7 days.

For sometime now I haven't been active because of unforseen circumstances but for this past 7 days I was active and one of my post was chosen by the curators with "learnwithsteem" tag though I wasn't expecting such but I am still grateful.

WHY DO I POWER UP
The term power up is used to describe the conversion of Steem to Steem power, it involves locking up my Steem on the blockchain platform Steemit, as I do that it will help in some small measure since the amount of Steem I am powering up is small though it will add to the coin's value since it can be considered as HODling the coins.

The benefits of power up

• It gives users more influence on the platform, as more Steem power one accumulate the more influence of one to the platform.

• in steemit platform, the more one power up the increase of club status from club 5050 to club 75 then to club 100. The higher club status one attains makes one outstanding and more priority are given to them.

• the more an individual powers up the more benefits , this benefits are numerous that comes from attaining dolphin 🐬, Orca positions with a huge reward from steemcurator 01.

Lastly my power up process
Before the power up I was HODling 782.633 Steem power and 25.289 Steem

I had to convert my Steem to Steem power by clicking on power up, then I converted all my Steem as shown below

I signed in using my active key and powered up

After the power up I now have 807 Steem power
