Hope you all are fine and live happily. So today am going to share my exciting weekend dairy with you all.....so it was a very amazing day for me😇 because today I am making yummy Ice-cream for my family with an interesting recipe. I am not habitual in cooking but I love to eat and make ice cream anytime, anywhere. especially in this summer season, everyone wants to eat ice cream.....So without wasting our time lets me show you how can i make my ice cream with a simple recipe.😄

First, Boil half a liter of milk and add Sugar (half cup of tea) into the milk. and then take a bowl of some milk and mix custard powder on it and add this mixture on bowling milk and mix it for 15 minutes.

Then, Leave the custard milk mixture for some time until it becomes cold, and then take a bowl and add some cream to it and mix it using a Beater machine.

Then mix The custard milk mixture with cream and mix it again and then freeze it for 2 hours.

After 2 hours put it outside the freezer and mix it again using a beater machine then put the mixture in an ice cream bowl and then freeze it again for 4 hours.

Woooohhh 😃 😋 Yummy custard Ice-cream is ready and am going to eat it with my family and make my weekend yummy.......😋
