SEC-S13W3 - "The law of attraction"

Hey Steemian friends!

Even to talk about this concept we have to understand the basic idea behind this theory. As of my understanding, law of attraction means that if we focus on positive thoughts we are more likely to attract positive result to our lives. Conversely, when we focus to negativity it is more likely to attract negative results to our lives. The summarized idea is "you get what you think about”. That’s how I understand this concept and I will try to explain my views on below questions.

👉 Do you believe in the law of attraction?

The main component of the law of attraction is positive thoughts and negative thoughts. Do these thoughts really make a difference in our decisions making! Well, here's what I believe, when we're all pumped up with positivity, we tend to be braver, take more risks, and guess what? We often get positive results. It's like we have a good luck charm in our hand! But can this theory work 100% all the time? Nah, I don't think so.

So as an idea or a theory I think I can believe it because it feels good to believe such power. But can it provide the result 100% every time? That’s I’m not sure and I don’t believe any such theory is 100% correct without scientific research.

👉 Do you consider that the things we can attract depend on our positive or negative attitude?

I'd love to believe that our attitude can influence what we attract, but it's not a guarantee. If it is an event that we can influence the result we might get higher percentage of positive or negative result according to our attitude. However, if the matter is external, I quite doubt that our attitude could change the bigger perspectives. Often universe has other plans.

👉 Have you had any experience with the power of the mind?

Okay friends, remember that TV series "Heroes" with all super humans? Didn’t you try out some of their powers? 😂 Yeah, it didn't give me superpowers either! But it did get me thinking about the incredible power of our minds. We may not move objects with our thoughts or stop the time, but we sure can shape our reality by focusing our minds on the right things. It's like a mental workout! Whether passing an exam, nailing a project, or picking up a new hobby, focusing our mental energy can work wonders. All what power of mind does to my point of view is to make my concentration and focus high.

👉 How would you describe a positive person?

Positivity isn't about finding everything in a perfect way because, let's face it, nothing is perfect. In this case, a positive person doesn't freak out when life throws blunders at them, they concentrate and make the most excellent move like Magnus Carlsen. They're the champs at finding silver linings in even the stormiest of clouds. They're the ones who inspire us to keep our head high, because they know there's a way out. That's the kind of person I'd call positive.
