I should refer to you as Joseph in this case. You seem to dream a lot and it is a good thing. For someone like me who barely have 6 our sleep, most times I do not have dreams I just experience some other types of events. You can check my post where I wrote on it. :)

That's not it. It is about the state of the body when going to bed. When the body is exhausted, the brain doesn't visualize flashbacks. We do have dreams in REM sleep, and that is why people who experience sleep paralysis do so when they are waking up from REM sleep. I am not saying dreams are not spiritual, there is a place for spirituality in dreams, and I respect that and believe in it. Also meditation isn't a factor for dreaming, it helps to set the body circadian rhythm, as well has work with the soul (when it comes to spirituality).
