However, sometimes the high demands and heavy workload can make me feel pressured and stressed.

I often feel anxious about achieving targets, Meeting deadlines, or meeting the high expectations of bosses or clients. When an error or obstacle occurs at work, it can Increase the level of stress that I experience.

In addition, there are additional pressures that come from the work environment, Such as complicated relationships with co-workers and Ineffective management. All of these factors contribute To the high level of stress In my professional life.

I have a very effective strategy for keeping my temper and emotional balance. I prioritize worship of God Almighty as a source of calm and comfort In my life. In moments when I feel depressed or lose my temper, I always seek peace and spiritual connection through my worship.

In worship, I find inner peace that gives strength and inspiration. I recognize that there is a greater power guiding my life, and this gives me confidence and calm To face everyday challenges.

Besides that, Playing with my children is also an effective way for me To avoid losing my Temper. Through positive Interactions with children, I can feel the Joy and joy that bring joy To my life. They are a Source of joy and positive energy That reminds me not To focus too Much on the Stress and problems i may be Facing.

Playing with children also helps me see the world with simpler eyes and reminds me of the things that really matter in life. I was able To experience pure joy and Innocence through priceless playing moments with them.

In silence and focusing on the existence of God, I find calm and a new perspective. I feel His supportive and understanding presence, and this gives me the strength To deal with stress and control the negative Emotions That arise.

In worship, I experience a deep sense of gratitude and meditate on God's love and wisdom. It helps me see The situation from a wider Perspective and puts The problem In a bigger perspective. I recognize that There are things beyond my control and let go of unnecessary burdens.

Worshiping God provides me with a safe haven to release negative emotions and find inner peace. I feel empowered by the faith and belief that I have, and this helps me To face adversity with a more positive and In control attitude.

After worshiping God, I feel calmer, wiser, and better prepared To face challenges. I feel more able To respond To situations with empathy and a cool head. This is the result of the spiritual connection I experience through worship.
