It is very pertinent to say few words about ponzi scheme before answering questions on the topic.
The terms Ponzi scheme is to describe fraudulent investments promising quick and large returns.
A Ponzi scheme generally bassed on a fraudulent investment idea.
The schemers who start the Ponzy take money from new investors to give to old investor.
It is essential that movement of money from one account to another without any profift
The ponzi scheme is essentially lie from the very beginning.
The way the scheme works it is imperative to mask any money transferred.
It generally bassed on a fake business front where no real business happens.
The role of a Ponzi investor is practically non existent.
A Ponzi scheme is an illegitimate creation and there is no scope of it to make any part legal.
All they need to do is to invest and wait for return.
The ponzi woner will charge a fee to take care all the related management.
It is complete deception and if it is discovered the ponzi scheme collapses. For this reason the investment strategy is a closely guarded secret.
In ponzi scheme an investors are paid money flow from new investors, but they will be unaware of this.
A Ponzi scheme generally last much longer as they find it easier to get new investors. This means that an investor can lose million by the time the ponzi collapses.

Moreover avoid schemes where you make money by signing up other people.

How can it be possible when we are aware of every award you are paid. We ourself manage our wallet. We redeem our awards. Of course some of us power up our liquid steem to grow our SP but we can also maintain a club 50 or club75 status by powering up our corresponding steem to receive benifits of steem cash out. So Steemit is absolutely transport and genuine. So there is no pint in comparing Apple with guava.

My dear friend thank you for explaining the in detail about ponzi schme and you are true its totally fraud and it give such interesting instincts to the people that they are attracted towards it and invest their money and the thought they will get high rewards but in fact they get nothing in return because it's totally s
came and its should be banned because it destroy the trust of people and such type of schemes are totally wrong.

In the past, in Indonesia there were many businesses that implemented fonzi schemes, but due to lack of knowledge, many people were interested in this business, resulting in a lot of the losses caused by them, they offered profits, but instead they suffered huge losses.

Ciertamente los sistemas Ponzi son Estafas el desconocimiento de las personas y la ignorancia en cuanto al tema de las estafas hace que muchas sean las víctimas de este sistema ponzi porque ciertamente son personas que creen en las palabras.
Es triste la cantidad de personas que hemos caído en esto pero pasa y sigue pasando porque hay mucha gente que solo busca el dinero fácil.
En Steemit la cosa es completamente diferente como bien dices aquí todo es transparente y lo manejamos nosotros mismos.
