Diseases have been an enemy to living things. The human race took it as a responsibility to fight. Fighting to eradicate diseases did not not start today, and will not end now. It has been a battle for generations, and different strategies have been tested and executed. Some have completely failed, while others have managed to reduce the rate of their existence.

If we had the power to eradicate any one of those diseases (just one) which one would you prefer to see go away? Describe your opinion.

Power to eradicate, that will be imaginary. I say so because some diseases the human race publishes as being eradicated, still pop up after some years. The difficulty of eradicating a disease is because it is an internal abnormal condition and not external.

It will be the Cancerous diseases. As I mentioned above, internal infections are complicated to treat by medical personnel.
Cancer is one of the common causes of death in most African countries. Our culture has made many blind themselves to spiritual causes since medical reports are kept just for the family. Cancer is a disease that affects the cells, causing abnormal growth. Human cells have a set of rules to follow for a healthy body. The moment a cancerous cell is, the path is changed as the cell becomes the radical in the human system.

Another reason why I will pick cancer to be eradicated is the fact that it does not discriminate. The different types can be developed in a man, women, and kids. While you think men are free from breast cancer, then you have prostate cancer looking at you. While kids will think it's the old, then you find blood cancer looking at you. No one can escape developing a cancerous cell, but some sexes are more vulnerable (Men) than others.

Have you known people who have suffered from that disease?

Yeah, I know a couple of people who suffer from cancer and are late. It is not a disease one will look to know someone who is suffering. All that comes to your brain is death, and in some cases, the family is told that days are the number.

Do you think the world would be a much better place if that disease did not exist?

Because I did mention that it should be topping the death rate toll in most African countries, since most cases have not been easily diagnosed, and witchcraft has been attributed to it. We will have most of our family members and friends here with us if cancer is eradicated. A lot of work has been done in the Western world to slow down the speed spread of cancerous cells. Cancer is about cell mutation as I said. It is complicated to treat internal system malfunctions.

They light on the other side of the tunnel. Just like other diseases, scientists are working to find an everlasting solution for cancer diseases.
