中式早餐:肉松糯燕麦麻薯&桂花圆子红豆粥
🧾食材:
血糯米、桂格蒸糯糯燕麦、牛奶、肉松、小圆子、桂花
👩🏻🍳血糯米肉松糯燕麦麻薯:
❶血糯米提前浸泡一晚后用电饭锅煮熟加入适量白糖
❷分成20g一个的小糯米团子
❸200g桂格蒸糯糯燕麦加250g热牛奶拌匀放30s让燕麦变软糯
❹35g的糯燕麦揉圆压扁包血糯米
❺表面涂上沙拉酱蘸满肉松即可
👩🏻🍳桂花圆子红豆粥:
❶红豆提前一晚浸泡
❷倒入锅中焖煮至开花,取一半放进破壁机米糊模式
❸打好的红豆沙倒回锅中,放冰糖继续煮煮至浓稠
