【防衰日志】我黑化之后，语言攻击技能点满

同意添加前男友微信之后，他一再解释他并不认为他出轨了。但我认为他和别的女生聊天并且不拒绝，就是出轨。两人观念不和。每一件话都能把我气得白发滋滋往外冒。于是我黑化了，最近有听了武志红老师的书，他说接受你的愤怒，释放你的情绪，不要压抑自己。于是便有了连我自己都害怕的黑化后的自己出现。我一面在治愈自己，一面在伤害自己，我不知道允许心中恶魔出现，且主导我的意识是否正确，从前的我爱好与人和善，做事留有余地，现在也许是我误解心理老师所说的接受自己，也许只是我不知道在接受自己产生不好情绪之后的该如何反应，反正语言攻击，是我当下最想做的事情。我便没有控制自己。
