从王鑫被骗事件看电信诈骗的黑产链条

最近，因为演员王鑫被骗到缅甸电信诈骗园区后被警方解救的新闻爆出，电信诈骗、境外电信诈骗的讨论在网上成为了热点。本来春节前应该是喜庆祥和的，但这一事件在网上成为舆论焦点，为节日的气氛投下了阴霾。电信诈骗园区内黑产、灰黑产业的描述，与电影《孤注一掷》中讲述的差不多，都是以高薪和优厚待遇作为诱饵，诱骗国内的年轻人前往泰国，然后通过各种手段将他们贩卖到缅甸电信诈骗园区。电信诈骗园区的运行模式基本上就是奴隶制的翻版，被绑架到这里的国人丧失了自由，在逼迫下从事电信诈骗、网络赌博等黑色产业。如果想逃跑就会受到殴打，甚至在没有价值之后，就会像传说一般被送到公海医疗船上摘取器官。但这些也都只是网上的传说，真实情况外人很难知晓。

电信诈骗和网络灰产可以说是一个运作非常精细、带有一定科技属性的黑产。很难想象，这样一个精密复杂的黑产是完全依靠奴隶制来运行的。尽管有暴力为后盾，但毕竟工作人员的数量远远大于管理者的数量，在残酷的压迫之下，能够常年稳定运行，不爆发大的反抗与暴动，这很难想象。电信诈骗的执行者通过虚拟号码、实名制限制、银行办卡开户等措施，给普通民众的生活造成了很大的不便，但似乎并没有给骗子造成多大的困扰。为什么骗子的手机号码可以不用实名？骗子的银行账户可以分分钟就将受害人的钱转走？其实这些以保护民众为理由推出的措施，反而限制了民众自保的能力，方便了骗子的活动，这也是一个让人很难理解的悖论。

电信诈骗禁不绝的原因，可以参考美国反毒品战争的例子。一方面，美国政府建立了打击毒品的DEA（美国缉毒局）和贩毒组织；另一方面，同样是美国政府背景的CIA在南美这个美国的后花园扶植各种势力获取资金来源，其中很多就是大毒枭和贩毒组织。当然，这只是类比，具体情况还需进一步考证。
