I have a few coconut trees in my grandmother's house. There is a coconut tree. I like dubs. When dab is planted from dab tree, dab shots are brought to our house. We have come to travel in the month of Ramadan. I can bring people to clean the coconut trees from the coconut trees. Then we'll take them home.

The vegetables in the rural environment are very nice to eat and see. Because the price of these vegetables is much higher in our urban environment. So most of the time we collect vegetables from the village.

This time I will talk about a beautiful vegetable among you. This vegetable is called Punya vegetable. Holds the whole of the Puishak tree. Curry can be cooked with this whole. Different types of fruits can be seen in vegetable trees. This fruit can be seen in Punishak tree. The curry is cooked with this fruit and sold in the market. When we collect Punya's vegetables, we collect the whole of Punya's vegetables and take them home. With which we cook and eat curry.

হ্যালো বন্ধুরা আশা করি সবাই ভাল আছেন। গ্রাম্য পরিবেশে আমার দাদির বাসায় ভ্রমণ করতে গিয়েছিলাম কয়েকদিন আগে। আমার পরিবারের সঙ্গে আমি প্রায়ই দাদীর বাসায় ভ্রমণ করতে যাই। কারণ দাদীর বাসা গ্রাম্য পরিবেশে। আমি গ্রাম্য পরিবেশে ভ্রমণ করতে পছন্দ করি। আমার দাদীর বাসায় সুন্দর একটি বাগান রয়েছে। আমি আপনাদের মাঝে এই বাগান সম্পর্কে এর আগে একবার লিখেছিলাম। আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করব আমার দাদির বাসায় বাগানের গাছগুলো। আর সবজির গাছগুলোতে ফল এবং সবজি ধরে আছে তার কয়েকটি ছবি এবং সংক্ষিপ্ত একটি ভ্রমণ গল্প। তাহলে অবশ্যই নিচে আমার ছবিগুলো এবং গল্পটি উপভোগ করুন।

আমার দাদীর বাসায় কয়েকটি ডাবের গাছ রয়েছে। ডাবের গাছের ডাব ধরে আছে। আমি ডাব পছন্দ করি। যখন ডাব গাছ থেকে ডাব পাড়া হয় তখন আমাদের বাসায় ডাব গুলি দিয়ে আসা হয়। আমরা শহরের মানুষ তাই আমরা শহর থেকে ডাব কিনতে গেলে অনেক বেশি টাকা দিয়ে কিনতে হয়। বর্তমানে রমজান মাস। ডাবের দাম অনেক বেশি। আমরা রমজান মাসে ভ্রমণ করতে এসেছি। ডাব গাছ থেকে ডাব গাছ পরিষ্কার করার মানুষ নিয়ে এসে ডাব পারব। তারপর আমরা সেগুলি বাসায় নিয়ে যাব।

এবার আপনার ছবিতে দেখতে পাচ্ছেন গাছে বেল ধরে আছে। বেল দিয়ে শরবত খাওয়া হয়। ডাব যেমন শরীরের ঠান্ডা করতে উপযোগী একটি ফল। ঠিক তেমনি মানুষের শরীর ঠান্ডা রাখে বেলের শরবত তৈরি করলে খুবই সুন্দর ভাবে খাওয়া যায়। বেলের শরবত তৈরিতে গুড় এবং চিনি ব্যবহার করতে হয় না হলে টক বা তেতো অনুভব হয়। বেল গাছ থেকে বেল নিয়ে আমরা বাসায় যাই। বাগানের বেশিরভাগ ফল আমাদের বাসায় দিয়ে আসা হয়।

এবার আমি আপনাদের মাঝে সবজির গাছগুলো দেখাবো। বাগানের মধ্যে অনেক পরিত্যক্ত জায়গা রয়েছে যেখানে সবজি চাষ করা হচ্ছে। লাউয়ের গাছগুলো আমার দাদী নিজের হাতে লাগিয়েছে। এই সবজিকে সাসি লাউ বলা হয়। এগুলি অনেক বড় হয় এবং এই লাউ দিয়ে গরুর মাংস, মুরগির মাংস ও বিভিন্ন ধরনের মাংস রান্না করলে খুবই সুন্দর লাগে। গ্রাম থেকে সবজি আমরা বাসায় নিয়ে যাই। গ্রাম্য পরিবেশের সবজিগুলো খেতে ও দেখতে খুব সুন্দর লাগে। কারণ আমাদের শহুরে পরিবেশে এসব সবজির দাম অনেক বেশি। তাই আমরা গ্রাম থেকে বেশির ভাগ সময় সবজি সংগ্রহ করে থাকি।

এবার আমি আপনাদের মাঝে সুন্দর একটি সবজির কথা বলব। এই সবজিটিকে পুঁইয়ের শাক বলা হয়। পুইশাকের গাছে গোটা ধরে। এই গোটা দিয়ে তরকারি রান্না করা যায়। সবজির গাছে বিভিন্ন ধরনের ফল দেখা যায়। পুঁইশাকের গাছে এই ফলটি দেখা যায়। এই ফল দিয়ে তরকারি রান্না করা হয় এবং বাজারে বিক্রয় করা হয়। যখন পুঁইয়ের শাক সংগ্রহ করি তখন এই পুঁইশাকের গোটা গুলো আমরা সংগ্রহ করে বাসায় নিয়ে যাই। যেগুলো দিয়ে আমরা তরকারি রান্না করে খাই।

তাহলে এতক্ষণ আমি আপনাদের মাঝে আমার দাদির বাসায় গ্রাম্য পরিবেশের বাগান সম্পর্কে লিখলাম এবং কয়েকটি ছবি উপস্থাপন করলাম। যেখান থেকে আমরা সবজি এবং ফল সংগ্রহ করে বাসায় নিয়ে যাই। গ্রাম্য পরিবেশে আমাদের একটি বাসা রয়েছে। যেটা আমাদের দাদীর বাসা। তা না হলে অবশ্যই আমাদের এই সবজি গুলো বাজার থেকে কিনতে হতো। যার দাম অনেক বেশি। আপনাদের মাঝে সুন্দর একটি বাগান সম্পর্কে লিখতে পেরে নিজেকে গর্বিত অনুভব করছি। তার সঙ্গে ছোট্ট একটা ভ্রমণ গল্প লিখে আমি আমার লেখাগুলো শেষ করছি। সবাই ভাল থাকবেন সুস্থ থাকবেন। পরবর্তীতে নতুন কোন পোস্ট নিয়ে আবার দেখা হবে। আসসালামু আলাইকুম।
