Benefits Of Planting

Hey vegetable lovers,

I have planted, so this is now the result and the finish product. I am already harvesting the fruit of my labor and cooked it in kinilaw eggplant recipe.

And since I really also loves in planting at home. Where it was one of my hobbies when I am just stayed in the house. Which all I want is spending such quality time to plant in the backyard because I really loves to plant specifically vegetables.

Since our place encounters a heavy rainfall for these consecutive past days. And being a gardener, I am so very grateful because it was really a blessing for my vegetables at home. Inorder that it can absorb more rain water for the fast growing of it's fruit.

Where I am so much blessed and lucky for these natural phenomenon of mother nature. Which it was really interesting because I will gain such time and efforts in watering them everyday. So by means of these rainfalls that drops to our place.

And I am very proud that I had also inherit the legacy of farmers in being green thumb. Which it was really running through my vein. It's because I really loves to plant of a variety of vegetables at home. Not just it gives a big benefit because it will save our viand consumption. Which the best viand example is eggplant in kinilaw recipe.

So, this is my easy way cooking in eggplant kinilaw:

1.Grilled the eggplant into the fire for 2 minutes.

2.Reverse it on the other side in the same time.

3.Set aside for five minutes to let it cool.

4.Then right after peel the cooked eggplant.

5.Started to put seasoning.

6.Then finished and ready to serve.

Although not daily but at least it helps and sometimes it will also give an earnings to us. Which is our neighbor wants also to buy this kind of vegetables. Because it is also their favourite viand vegetables so sometimes I will sell it to them.

Which is the only capital was a hardwork and being industrious. Accompanied with patience and perseverance. In cultivating, watering and getting some stranger grasses into these eggplant vegetables in my backyard garden. Because the seedlings were just given by a close friend of mine.
