Health is a choice, but health is a mandatory thing that we must have. It is not an easy matter to maintain the health that we have, especially now that the diet that is the basis of a healthy life has been manipulated a lot. Keeping the family eating healthy food is usually the duty of a wife or mother. But health is still an obligation and responsibility for ourselves to be healthy.
There are many things we can do to always appear with a good, fit, and healthy body and stamina from the inside and outside, including;
- Eat healthy foods (4 healthy 5 perfect)
- Sport
- Positive thinking
- Enough rest
- Drink lots of water
- Keep calm
- Adhere to existing health protocols
There is a percentage that must be maintained from every existing health tip, but the most important thing is to form a healthy diet and avoid eating fast food because it is considered not fresh food. The largest percentage of all diseases are caused by the wrong diet and also does not meet the body's needs. For that, I want to give some plants that often accompany my small family's menu that I get in my garden.
