Being a Bengali I don’t love fish so much but your recipe for Silver Pomfret Fish curry made my mouth watering. The way you blend the spices like cinnamon, clove, cumin seeds along with the tanginess from tamarind and lemon shows how expertise you are in cooking. You have explained the steps very easily and we can try this in our home also. The final look of the dish is delicious and I love it. If I were there I would eat this outstanding fish curry with rice.
