Recipe of the Day, Week No. 39: "Curp fish curry with vegetables"

With my warm regards and boundless love to all of my senior Steemians, I’m going to start my post. Cooking is one of my passions. I love to have nutritious food and always try to make this at home. Different types of food items I would love to cook and gather experience tasting of these. In my loveable community "Steemit Iron Chef" I got an opportunity to watch many different types of recipes posted by our all Steemian fellows. Also, our honorable moderator of this community mam @mariami announced a recipe contest in every week which I love the most to watch. We Bengalis love to have fish items in our meals. Along with the taste Fish has many health benefits. Fish gives our body nutrition, proteins, and also various kinds of vitamins which improve our immune systems. Winter has come in our local markets we get many fresh vegetables. With these fresh vegetables today I’m going to share the carp fish curry.

At the being of the cooking, I put a pan on the stove. After properly heating the pan I put some oil in it. The oil must be heated well otherwise the fish will be stuck to the pan. When the oil is heated welly then I put the cut carp fish in it.

I fried all the pieces of the fish so well. Both sides of the fish fried properly. After that, I strained those fried pcs from the oil in the pan and keep aside on a plate.

Into the rest of the oil on the pan, I put the cut cauliflowers in it.
With the cauliflowers, I add the cut potatoes in it.

I put some turmeric powder into the potatoes and cauliflowers.
I mix the masala welly welly with the vegetables.

In this step, I add the cut tomatoes in it. I string those vegetables very well so that the masala can be mixed with every vegetable. Hereafter, I bring out all the vegetables from the pan and keep those separate into a big plate.

Into the pan, I put some oil and after heating the oil, I put the cut onions in it.
Then I add some salt and turmeric powder into it.

In this step,I add red chili powder, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
I stir all the ingredients very well.

When all the ingredients mixed with the vegetables so well it’s look like this.
Then I add some water into it.

After adding the water I put the lid on the pan and kept the vegetables boiled properly.
After 15 mints I open the lid and check are the vegetables are properly boiled or not. The vegetables are well cooked. Then I add some green chilis to it. Then again put the lead upon it.

After five minutes open the lid.
Into the curry add the fried fish and let it be cooked for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes I put the cut coriander into the curry and kept the flame on for five minutes.

After the coriander is mixed with the curry so well. I put down the fish curry from the strove and served it into a bowl for lunch.

The fish curry is best to have with rice or rotis. I prefer to have this "Curp fish curry with vegetables" with rice. So in my today’s lunch there is rice and this fish curry along with green salad.
