hello steemit friends how are you.?? meet me again here of course in a new lesson course in the third week guided by our teachers @dasudi and @lirvic with the theme Truffles. and this lesson really caught my attention, but before that I will invite friends @ukpono, @zulay7059 and @ulfatulrahmah hopefully you will be willing to take this course.

he here I have prepared Truffles after I took this course. I admit that I have never heard the name of this food before and I was a little nervous the first time I made it. I even made a mistake, when mixing the second ingredient. I should have added milk after melting the butter first but instead I sprinkled the cocoa powder. hehehe 😄 but Alhamdulillah even so I also managed to do it. and the results are very satisfying.

And this is a very valuable lesson for me. training myself to create new experiences with the recipes that have been taught. this is a very extraordinary lesson in class. In addition, the ingredients are also very easy to get and the cost is also not too expensive.

✅ Serve truffle recipes, you can make the recipes presented in this course or a recipe of your choice (details of equipment, ingredients and step by step).

to make this food i will follow the method that has been taught in this course. for that i will prepare all the equipment needed such as bowl, to put the ingredients needed.

Here I also prepare a frying pan and spoon to stir all the ingredients as well as a baking paper and seres and grated coconut. Initially I wanted to replace the grated coconut with cheese but that didn't happen. Finally I went out in the middle of the night to pick coconuts in the garden hehe😄 then I grated them. Finally it's done.!

Here are the ingredients that I have prepared:

  1. 300 grams condensed milk
  2. 50 grams of cocoa powder.
  3. one tablespoon of butter
  4. colorful seres
  5. grated coconut
  6. baking paper

the first thing I do, heat the pan on the stove then add the butter until it melts, then add the next ingredients such as condensed milk and cocoa powder. then stir until evenly mixed for 3-4 minutes with a low heat so that it doesn't burn easily.

After everything is mixed well, turn off the stove. Then pour it into a clean and dry container.

After I let the dough sit and cool down a bit, I covered it with plastic and stored it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, I took it out of the refrigerator. Then I formed it into small balls according to the size of the trufas paper.

then I coated it with colorful cereal and I coated some of the dough with grated coconut. finally finished and ready to be enjoyed.

To get a more solid and delicious taste, I will put it back in the refrigerator.

✅ Are you having trouble preparing Truffles?

Yes at first I was difficulties and nervous when mixing the ingredients, because frankly I have never done this before. Even this is the first time I have heard of this food. But after I tried the method taught. Finally I managed to do it it and it turned out to be very easy.

even though I had to repeat it because the dough was very soft so it was difficult to form balls 😄 and after I took the course again, the results were very satisfying.

  • Yes, use ingredients such as quality cocoa powder so that the results are more delicious.

  • cook over low heat to avoid the burnt smell.

  • round the dough with a molding spoon so that the shape is more perfect.

  • and finally don't forget to make a topping on top, you can use grated coconut, chocolate sprinkles and others such as grated cheese.

El color y brillo de tu mezcla son espectaculares, la cobertura de colores está hermosa y alegre y el coco fresco rallado le da una apariencia diferente. El coco rallado lo puedes deshidratar en el horno para que dure más tiempo, aunque creo que las trufas las debes haber disfrutado de inmediato jejeje. Con queso rallado no suena tan mal, sería interesante probar jejejej
