Assalam o alikum friends ,I hope all of you good by the grace of almighty Allah I am fine to alhudulliah,today I like to share my food recipe blog in recipe of the day week :49 in #steemitironchef community.The recipe of the day is Smoky chicken so guys without ado let's start my today's recipe.
Recipe name : Smoky chicken
Serving size :6 to 8 person
Cooking time : 30 to 40 minutes
Ingredients list

5 | Ginger garlic paste | 1/2 tbs | |

7 | Dry fenegreek leaves | 2 tbs | |
8 | Pice of coal | one |
How I made /procedure
Step : 1
By first I washed the chicken properly with water then strain out in strainer took a pen added oil in it and the ginger garlic paste and one onion in the oil that must be fine paste .
Step : 2
Now the chicken fried out and all water dried then it's time to add powder spice in which red crushed power ,salt , turmeric and chicken masala that made by me ,in chicken masala black pepper,cumin seeds and coriander seeds all roasted then grinding it made fine paste and kept in air tight bottle and used as I need it saved my time ,it's free tip for all of you who save time and chicken gravy lovers .
Step :3
I washed the tomatoes and roughly cut a d make a paste by blender jar and pour in chicken gravy ,the water of tomatoes helped in chicken tenderness so need to add water on this stage.
Step :4
The chicken also tender and became soft in 10 to 15 minutes now add yoghurt and cooked on high flame then add green chillies on top and covered on low flame .
Brunt the piece of coal on stove for 10 minutes that would be red hot .
Place a hot piece of coal in the middle of our chicken and dropped few oil drops the smoke came out and aroma spreading....... Just covered it to absorbed the smoky taste in chicken that gives your smoky chicken more tempting 😋 😋.
At last I added dried fenegreek leaves called qasoory methey on top , believed me the unique taste of dry fenegreek leaves give extra ordinary flavor to your chicken.On the other hand I kneaded the dough and made parathas,my kids love to accompanied with that you also enjoyed smoky chicken with yeast bread /naan.

The Smoky chicken not only delicious in taste also very healthy and nutritional food .
The chicken is high protein,fat and iron good for body muscles growth .
The tomatoes made it more healthier and gives super bight colour it's loaded with iron and minerals.
The youhgat good for full of calcium, healthy biotics and fats good for bones health and strong.The fenegreek leaves also having iron, minerals and vitamins so over all good combination of taste and health benefits.
