Hello Every one,

Welcome to my belog,How are you all .Iam@roohiasif99 from Pakistan .Today again here I am participating SLC- SW5|Bakery course||Pizza.This is our fifth course. It's really wonderful and amazing course .In this course I have learned many more things about baking .because I am cooking lover specially for baking .I am very Thankful for mam @yenny47 and @katherian 012 .They are arranging such a very interesting and fruitful lesson for home task .In this week The recipe of pizza .it's my favourite dish .With this recipe we will be able to make the pizza even better.I want such contests to continue.Today I made Tikka pizza .I hope you like it and give me a valuable feed back.

Let's move towards and starts .

Of all the varieties of pizza that exist ,in which is your favourite write a brief summary with include name of the pizza?

My favourite pizza is pepperoni pizza.becsuse it's unique texture and tangy flavour different from the other pizza.i make it's Pakistani style add flavours chilli flaks,green chilli,soft crust and melted cheese and flavour ful pepperoni slice

what is the main ingredients and how is it different from other pizza?

The main ingredients of pepperoni pizza is origano and combination of beef pepperoni slices it's smokey ,spicy,aroma taste high light pepperoni pizza .

Actually mam I am Pakistani.our cuisine ,tradition ,culture is totally different from the other countries .in Pakistan the popular pizza Tikka pizza,fajita pizza,mali Boti pizza,supreme pizza,pepperoni pizza .flavour if pizza in pakistan spicy + combination of cheese,chicken with Pakistani spices ,flavours.The famous and most consumption of pizza is fajita pizza and B.B Q pizza .

Ingredients for dough

Flour.300 GM all purpose of flour.250 for dough 50 for sprinkling
Sugar.10gm
Yeast.9 gm
Salt.1 pinch
Oil65 mm

(Water is required for dough 65 mm and activate yeast mm)

Ingredients for surface

Tomatoes1 kg( tomatoes for sauce)
Cheddar cheese200 GM (slices)
Capsicum1 large size ( cutting in thin size)
Onion.1 large size ( which size)
Tomato.1 large size ( thick slice for topping)
Chat masala1 table spoon
Green chilli3/4 (fine chopped)

Wash tomatoes and cut a cross boil in to a water of tomatoes and 1 onion ,Garlic .when the tomatoes boiled remove the tomatoes skin .it's soft and easily removed it.

Then I wait for cool.blend it all the tomatoes .I then cooked it on the stove with enough water to make it dry.then add salt,sugar,vinegar,origami .When it cooks into a sauce, it means the tomato sauce is ready.I make Sauce this way in my house, I find it very easy method.

It's very essential part of best dough making .I have learnt I've pretty much learned how to activate the yeast in my Previous Classes bowl add warm milk,sugar,.flour of 1 table spoon and add activated yeast.mix it very well .let it's rest about 15 minutes .when bubble rise in mixture and it's rise up to more then double.

In a bowl I put flour then add germinated mixture,sugar,oil,water.i mixed all the ingredients in hands .

Then I began to starts knead the dough .then add salt .kneading is very important process making for good dough .The better the dough we knead, the better our bread will be.Then let it rest for two hours .that is rise in and cover up.( Rest is very important for dough making)

You can see the image of my dough that's wonderful .it's double in size .I removed the air bubbles and push it very lightly in my hands remove air of the dough.

Wash the chicken very well And cut 750 grams of chicken into cubes.then add in chicken salt for 1 table spoon,red chilli 1 table spoon ,black paper 1 table spoon,ginger garlic paste,1 table spoon,soya sauce,1 table spoon onr table
spoon for chicken Tikka masala , vinegar for 1 table spoon chat masala for two table spoon.mix all the ingredients very well and take a rest for 20 minutes for marinated.

Then add I table spoon of butter in pen .Then add all the chicken and frying untill the chicken is tender and juicy .when chicken is tender keep it in plate .

After that I made two big piles of my dough .after that I sprinkle the flour on the top .with the help of rolling pin given round shape .After that I have greased the pizza tray.After that, I spread the dough in the tray that I had rolled into a round shape.Smooth the corners well with the help of your hand.

Assembling the pizza dough

Firstly I add in pizza sauce then marinated chicken,onion,green chilli,tomatoes,capsicum,cheese slices and in the end chat masala.I had so much fun whenever I was decorating the pizza.At this time, the pizza looks so beautiful, the heart wants to eat it.

On the other hand pre heat the Ovan 200 degree and bake it about 20 to 25 minutes .untill the cheese is melted.After placing the pizzas in the oven, I open them at my own time so that the pizzas are cooked properly.turn off the Ovan let it's cool

Cheese is good source of protein and also rich in calcium and calcium is very important in our body . Our bones teeth,muscles,cheese is good source of healthy fats .because some cheese line grass- feed animal contain a healthy omega -3 fatty acids,more ever there are lots of minerals zinc,phosphorus,magenisume and many more vitamins like vitamins A B12,vitamin k.Vitamins play an important role in increasing energy in our body.

I am using low fats cheese like cheddar.Cheese is high in protein so we can be included in our diet.weight loss in very best in low fat cheese .so we such can never refused about cheese texture,taste and healthy benefits .

Pizzas may be delicious but they are linked to be several health conditions.whst is your opinion on this?

Pizza can be healthy depending on it's Ingredients and how often it's consumed .how ever pizza high calories ,saturated fats and sodium due to processes cheese and meat,which can increase cholesterol level .I made pizza at home after 15 days.when I made weekly I reduced the cheese in the topping and increase the amount of vegetables .I also use lean protein like grilled chicken and limited the quantity of chicken.This is because I care about my family s health while also considering their preferences.

So I advise pizza lovers to enjoy pizza in moderation .Everything has it's advantages and disadvantages it ultimately depends on you choose it consume it .
