Greetings of the day everyone! Happy Sunday!
I hope you are all spending a great one! On this side of the world, we've had quite a nice Sunday and I even decided to go out for a small fishing evening with a nephew -I'll write more on this trip another day!
So yes, as usual it was a day where I was surrounded with foods from morning till night and now it is such a great honor for me to be able to share some shots I took during the day here on Menu Du Jour Challenge by @decuartae!

Homemade Pizza for my lunch!!!
My wife makes very delicious pizzas, she got a nice dough recipe which is perfect for our oven! For our lunch today, she made chicken pizza with veggies and lots of Mozza! Yummy!
I love my pizza with some spice sauce...
And that touch of fresh basil leaves on top just went the pizza is out from the oven...simply heavenly!!!
Chicken Burgers for my client!
Otherwise, today on the menu for my contracted lunch was chicken burgers! My team and me prepared 80 chicken burgers with French Fries and everything went on well!
All delivery done at noon...
In this burger we put : Cocktail sauce on the buns, add freshly cut lettuces then the chicken burger...top up with grated cheddar and accompanied with French Fries!
My catch of the day...
As mentioned above, I went out fishing with a nephew and we caught some nice shrimps, small fishes and baby octopus too!!!
The sea was perfect today...if we stayed longer, we would have got much more of these beautiful shrimps!
Small red mullets and other small varieties (no idea about the names!!!)
These small fish are best fried till crispy and eat like that! Amazing!
When we will prepare them, I will surely take some photos and show you!
Baby Octopus!
These are called sand octopus here in Mauritius and they live in the...sand obviously! They are small varieties and are very tasty when made into a salad!
Another recipe that I will take photos and show on my blog very soon!
I am such a great food lover and enjoy my days fully...as it is full of foods!!! Everyday is like that and I love it!
